How It Works

Prior to your first appointment, we make every effort to schedule you with a therapist who is a specialist in the area of your need, and that can help you feel comfortable and at ease.
During your first session, you will be asked to complete paperwork that includes your insurance information, as well as information pertaining to confidentiality. Your first visit will involve your counselor obtaining a personal history from you, discussing what you want help with, as well as possible suggestions to address your concerns.
